Default root cause analysis

Dear all,

I have a file which reports the following columns:

Day, sample size, failures, manufacturing sites and finally three parameters potential causes of the failures (for semplicity cause 1, cause 2 and cause 3.

I have used p-chart control with subset data by variable manufacturing sites.

I have seen for both the manufacturing sites there are values of p out of the UCL.

How can evaluate the correlaction between the value of cause 1 with the proportion of failures?

Thanks
