.... yes, it's definitely worth the price if you work with these types of
models. There are chapters towards the end on NLMIXED and GLIMMIX and
other new topics. And the first edition from 1996, besides now 10 years
old, is filled with unfortunate typos that filled most of 3 pages to list
and then painstakenly correct. I haven't checked the new edition as
thoroughly as the first yet, though it appears to be worth the wait -- now
if I could just find the time from a busy schedule this time of year to
really delve into it.
