There are chapters towards the end on NLMIXED and GLIMMIX and other new topics. And the first edition from 1996, besides now 10 years old, is filled with unfortunate typos that filled most of 3 pages to list and then painstakenly correct. I haven't checked the new edition as thoroughly as the first yet, though it appears to be worth the wait -- now if I could just find the time from a busy schedule this time of year to really delve into it.
