I'm looking for the word the describes an instance of a database, meaning
the set of all tables within the system and the relationships between them.
I am excluding relationships to tables in other database instances.

In SAS terms, the idea is all the tables and views in a libname, and all
the
relationships between (foreign keys) and integrity constraints of the
tables. In SAS terms it the idea might be expanded to describe everything
interrelated and/or constrained within the set of all object accessible
through all the active libnames in a session.

Is there a word better than 'schema' to describe the above?

How would 'schema' used to describe above compare to the SCHEMA='foobar'
one
might deal with in Oracle?
