Newbie needs help

I have the following SAS software and I need to know 1) if I have the right software to setup the SAS metadata server.

If I do have the right software, can someone tell me in 1,2, 3 steps what to do in setting up the metadata server, on a single Windows XP machine.

Yes, all you need is SAS/Base.
