Error:Record Changed by Another Station(89)

I am converting an existing application to MYSQL and when
inserting a new record on the
update panel, I am getting the following error when I press Apply.

"An Error was experienced during the creation of a record.File:Agency
Error:Record changed by another station(89)"

The record is inserted fine and MySQL is generating the autonumber
corrently but I don't see why this error.
I am using Clarion 6.3 with MySQL ODBC 5.1 Driver
On Clarion Dictionary under field options - user options I have
AutoNumer=true, IsIdentity=true.
On the key attributes autonumber is off
On Table properties under General, Driver Option I have
/AUTOINC='SELECT LAST_INSERT_ID()' /BINDCOLORDER=2/ZEROISNULL=TRUE
If anyone knows the reason for this message or how can I remove this
message will be
greatly appreciated.
