gtxwc codepage or language problem

i have:

linux fedora
xharbour 99.5
gtxwc

my probblem is in @10,10 SAY "Data " GET Var
when i try put especial characters... ex. ñÑáéíóú

my native language is spanish... how to set correct parameters (codepage, language)?
