BLT for TCL 8.4.19 on windows 7

Hi guys

i got problem on BLT package on win7 systems. i use virtual machine installed BLT2.4Z to tcl. but when i run it, the error message comes with cant load library "BLT24.dll"?: invalid argument.

anyone has idea how to fix it?
