Default tablelist folder images

It looks like there are a number of styles for tablelist widgets when
used as trees; each with open/close folder icons. When I tried a simple
case, I can see the plus/minus that indicates whether there are
sub-trees but I see no folder icons. Is that because I need to supply
them or is there an option to make them visible?

Thanks!

If you take a more close look at the documentation and the demo-scripts
showing how to use the Tablelist tree functionality, you will see that:

1. The "icons" (if any) are not always folder/file images.

2. The use of images is optional and there is no *built-in* dependency
between the embedded images and the expand/collapse controls.

3. It is the responsibility of the application to provide any images to
be embedded into the cells.

Thanks! That is what I suspected but wanted to confirm for sure.
