Announce: partial-eval.org, a new bibliography on partial evaluation research

I wish to announce a new online bibliography on partial evaluation research:
http://partial-eval.org/

This initial version of the bibliography draws largely on the partial evaluation
content within the Scheme bibliography, but has been expanded to include
more general papers on partial evaluation techniques and theory, and papers
on partial evaluation of SML, C, and Java.

There are many more papers to be added! Please send citations
to me for addition to the bibliography.

As with other Readscheme.org sites, the bibliography includes links
to many online papers.
