If anyone can work out how to change things the we David wants, we could consider adding it to $usepop/Poplib/vedinit.p [Which is currently a mess, much in need of fixing] Or better in $usepop/pop/lib/ved/term/vedxtermkeys.p and if necessary also in $usepop/pop/x/ved/lib/vedxvedkeys.p I've noticed that on my laptop xterm changes the character codes transmitted by CTRL+Home, so presumably XVed could also do that.
