I have recently decided to publish a logging module which I have
written and been using for many years. This module is object oriented, simple to use and provides simultaneous logging to multiple logging channels including console, file, sql database, email and multicast through the use of an included tcp->multicast daemon. In the development of this module, I have had it as part of my companies name space (not cpan). Now I suppose it should go in the Log:: namespace on cpan. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what this would best be called. I was originally thinking of calling it YALM (Yet Another Logging Module). But YAYAA (Yet Another 'Yet Another' Acronym ) seems a bit much! ;-) Any one have any suggestions? Thanks in advance CDC |

I think that is what I will use. Thanks everyone for the input. Expect to see this soon. CDC |
