I forced myself through small (couple of dozen fns each) real (some biocomputing I really needed to do) OCaml projects a couple of times over a couple of years. It's sort of a highly typed functional macro langauge. Seemed okay but not enough well documented online examples, not enough community to make enough well documented online examples, and not nearly enough parens! (I'm serious; I *love* parens! I just wish they weren't shifted chars! -- I've thought about remapping my kbd but I use too many different computers.) |
