Popups in IBM RAD "Could not find default launch configuration"

I work developing an application for our client with IBM tools.
We are now finally migrating from the old WSAD 5 to RAD (Rational
Application Developer) 7.0.

There are some "network vulnerability scannings" being done in our company
every month, and during that process, RAD keeps opening popup windows with
the message
"Could not find default launch configuration"
many times in a second. When this happens, it is impossible to get
anything done with RAD, because the popups keep appearing continuously and
you can't type two characters in the right place before the next popup
appears and needs to be closed.
So I need to close RAD and not do anything with it until the scanning is
over.

Is there any setting that could be changed to disable this popup?
Can RAD be configured to ignore incoming traffic from certain ip
addresses?
I didn't find any settings for this, but I am still new with RAD and may
have not looked in the right place or not recognized it.
