Ela, dynamic functional language release 0.11.1

Ela Platform 2012.7 includes a new version of Ela (0.11.1), which provides a support for a new encoding for algebraic types and a lot of fixes/performance enhancements. Also 2012.7 comes with a major update to Ela standard library.
