There is still a great need for a "C GUI Designer/Builder".
I've searched the web up and down, but still no such thing.
I would gladly pay for such a software.
"C" will always be here!

Off topic for the group, but by way of answer to the OP:
Look at Glade: http://glade.gnome.org/

Has the nice property of also working with lots of other languages.
