Job Description:
Senior MS SQL DBA (operational)
Must have PROVEN proficiency in performance monitoring and tuning of SQL server. Should understand all avenues of query, stored procedure modifications for performance, index tuning, server configuration (hardware and software), and scalability. Should be a Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA). 7 years’ experience (minimum). Must have excellent communication skills as this will be a client facing role. Must be extremely methodological and analytical in diagnosing issues and providing recommendations – detail oriented.
