Artificial intelligence updated in JavaScript and Win32Forth

The Mentifex AI Mind in its JavaScript tutorial version has been
updated at

and in Tom Zimmer's et al. Win32Forth at

http://www.scn.org/~mentifex/mindforth.txt (for fload into Forth).

New features include an ability to answer questions like
"who are you" and more ability in NLP (Natural Language Processing).
