Hello,
I experience a problem when printing to a PDF with report pro. I use wpdf control from wpcubed. This OCX works fine in every cases. (almost !) The ocx is enabled in the PrintStart method of RpReport Some customers are hosted on a Citrix-TS server. The standard printing with report pro works fine, except two cases: 1) without administrator rights, the generated PDF is blanco, empty. I noticed that the PrintStart method is executed, but not the PrintPageheader (and PrintStart return PRINT_OK). With administrator rights, everything is perfect, all the method are executed. (PrintStart, PrintPageHeader, PrinPageFooter and PrintEnd) 2) still without admin right, in some reports, when I try to export the result in Excel file, that crash the server (blue screen); this problem does not exist whit admin right. Is there any path or temp path where report pro must have rights ? What can cause report pro not callind the PrintPageHeader method after PrintStart... ? Any help is welcome... Jean-Luc |

Access to the databases is probably it as far as RP is concerned. > What can cause report pro not callind the PrintPageHeader method after > PrintStart... ? Are you sure that there is a printer to print to?? Maybe it's not RP needing permissions it's the OCX. Is it failing in only the Citrix environment?? CYA Steve |
