Default How to get rid of default toolbar

Using SEUIXP we have assigned a custom built small icon and large icon
toolbar (ribbon) bitmap to all the Postcreate methods. In one menu
however, randomly the cavo's default toolbar appears, as stored under

C:\cavo28\Volib\Gui\cavotb.bmp

It seems to be under just one menu, I removed all old assigned
buttons in the menu editor, searched all code but I have currently no
idea how my program is still able to display the icons of that default
toolbar occasionaly.

Does anyone has an idea where this comes from?

Dick

Hi Dick,

I have seen this behaviour also. Sometimes it even comes in handy, in the
case you lost the bitmap or icon file.
Touch and recompile should do the trick.

Hello Erik,

I would think that too, done that already, but it seems not to help.
I've even moved the menu to a new clean MEF and recreated the defines
there. It still keeps coming back. It looks like it's only this menu,
the main menu is used as often and does not seem to give that problem.

Dick

I think that you the window must be called in more than one way, and
one of the ways does not have the menu allocated ...
