Default Snap-in failed to initalize.

I have problem with sql server configuration tool. it can not be opened

This error I get:

Snap-in failed to initalize.
Name:Sql server configuration manager

CLSID:{CA9F8727-31DF-41D2-975C-887D84903967}

Any ideas
