It is not logical of you to post a message with a Subject header field value
in English and a completely non-English message body. Decide for one of the
two used languages; then post to the most suitable newsgroup, i. e. the
newsgroup where the people who would be interested in your posting the most
would be most likely reading. Anything else might be construed as spamming.
