But i can write for example a 64-Bit binary with c#. But not with VO. So VO
is not usable for future development.

So, it is time to end with VO programming. Or are there plans for a 64-bit
VO Version. Vulcan is no alternative for me

You cannot load 32-bit libraries in 64-bit applications.
